I'm really having a second thought of getting the shot. Although I consider myself lucky because I think Canada is one of the country who are blessed to have enough shot supply. But the nurse who was visiting me before told me that the best way not to get the disease is to learn about disease symptoms .I found a website where I read about and learn The Amen Clinics 9 principles to have a basis on checking the status of your body health. It is a very helpful information because there you can read everything about how your body function together with your brain and how it affect your health in all aspect. Now back to the Swine Flu shot. I read so many things about the not-so-good side effect and I'm really having a doubt. The one that really bug me is the news I read about an athlete who after a few days of getting the shot she become paralyzed and that is scary.

This post reminded me sis of the patient when I had my shot, he said the best way to protect yourself from any diseases is to be happy waaaa. natawa ako kasi sinagot ng hubby ko the best way now to get flu is to ahve a flu shot.
hopped here. made me think that indeed when you're happy body releases endorphins (hormones) right?
for me sis pag swine flu shot wag na muna kasi nakaka takot nga base sa news.Dito kasi sa Japan I think hindi pa pinapayagan ng government nila na makapasok yung swine flu shot..And base on my own experience since 5 yrs ago kaming 3 ng mga bata every Oct or November lagi kami may schedule for influenza A shot.Every time na may vaccine kami ang epecto smin ng gamot is arm swelling and a little muscle aches. then kinabukasan wla na yung muscle ache pero may konting swelling pa... kung pede lng na wla nang shot kainis kc hikain ako kaya kylangan ng protection ehehe..

I really wanna get the shots for me and the kids but let me tell you that I am honestly afraid of any side effects! Of course, we won't see anything until years from now...so that's what I'm scared of...
Dito sa Japan although hindi pa talaga pinapayagan na magbigay ng swine flu shot except for influenza vaccine but then prioritized na bigyan ng shots ang mga may heart problem,asthmatic at mga matatanda.That was according to our family doctor here & adviced me to have the shots since I am asthmatic added here we have to travel bound China this month so kailangan ko talaga.Ang side effect naman sa katulad kong asthmatic is aatake ang asthma for a couple of days.
